Once Upon an Island is open 7 days a week for fairytales and adventures! Swim in just for fun or let us help you celebrate any special occasion with our signature Transformation Experiences!
Choose from one of our signature experiences and make an appointment, or swim in for a walk-in experience during select days/hours!
Appointments are recommended for all services both private and social style. Walk in services are not gauranteed.
Our Venue is ALL yours for a Private Experience with your favorite Royal-Sea Princess!
Sit down for tea, enjoy a magical makeover, dress up and more! Your princess host will be in her Royal Mermaid form, however, you can upgrade to a traditional, ballgown princess through our partners at OC Fairytales.

Our Mermaid & Pirate experiences are
Social Experiences. You may share the venue with other pirates or mer-folk.
Turn into a real mermaid with one of our signature Neverland Mermaid characters, or sail the seven seas with a swashbuckling pirate captain from Neverland! Dress up, makeovers and more make this a one-of-a-kind experience to remember!

Walk in's are available on a first come first service basis. We may be closed for a private event, or appointment based service. If you're planning a celebration or special trip to see us, we highly recommend opting for an appointment based service.

All walk in services include independent play time in our shop! Enjoy our magical mermaid lagoon, play inside the lost boys tree house or climb on skull rock like a real pirate! Parents may enjoy relaxing in our parents lounge including lattes and free wifi

Walk in services may take anywhere from 5 minutes - 45 minutes depending on your selections.

Play time outside of services may not always be character led and children should play under supervision of parents.
Our walk-in menu is now available during select hours! Please note that walk-in availability is not guaranteed and is scheduled around priority appointments and private events. To check our walk-in hours for the day, give us a call the day of. To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend appointment based services.
