We provide the children’s food. Tell us if you would like help arranging catering for the grown-ups.

Photography

Not included, but we would recommend our in-house team. They know where the moments are, so you can watch rather than film.

Cleaning beyond our own

Our staff pack down everything we brought and leave your space as we found it. We do not sweep, mop or do dishes.

Two hours before

This is what your space looks like before anyone arrives.

Our team builds the whole thing: the tables, the pillow seating, the canopy, the salon stations, the backdrop and every piece of décor. You walk out into a finished party. Then we take it all away again at the end. Most of what follows is the Signature Mermaid Party, which is the one families book most.

The setup, the dress-up, the salon stations, the craft, the treasure hunt, the served food and the pack-down are identical in all four. The only thing that changes is the décor and the characters. You are choosing the world she steps into, not how much of the party you get.

Every package is 2.5 hours, all-inclusive. An 18% gratuity minimum applies to all bookings, and travel fees may apply outside Newport Beach.

Our cast hosts the whole celebration, from the moment they knock to the moment the last case goes back in the van. Here is the shape of it.

1Two hours before

We are there long before your guests are.

Our event team arrives at least two hours ahead and turns your space into the party: the dress-up station, the decorated tables, the seating, the themed décor, every detail finished before the first guest walks in. You are not setting anything up, and neither is anyone you had to ask.

2The first 30 minutes

The Royal Welcome.

Our party staff greet the guests as they arrive and ease them in. Every child chooses a costume from our curated collection and gets changed, so by the time anything starts, the whole room is already in character.

3Then

They make a wish, and the characters swim in.

Once every child is dressed, they gather together and make a wish. That is when your host character and her cast arrive, and the next hour and a half belongs to them.

4Glam

Two makeover stations, running together.

Two stations, attended by your characters, doing bubble braid hairstyles and glittering face gems for up to eighteen children. While that runs, the host keeps everyone else going, so no child is left waiting for a turn.

5Together

A keepsake craft, then the treasure hunt.

Your host leads a hands-on craft, and what the children make shifts with the package: at a mermaid party they decorate their own tote bag, at a princess party they decorate a magic mirror. Whatever they make, they take it home. Then comes the treasure hunt across your space, and after that bubbles, interactive storytelling and a sing-along.

6And then everyone sits

The luxury picnic, served to them.

Guests are seated at our decorated tables on pillow seating while our staff serve the children. We cater it: every child gets their choice of sandwich, turkey and cheese, veggie, or whatever they would like, with Pirate’s Booty, fruit snacks and organic juice boxes, or juice poured from the teapots. All of it is prepared, brought and served by our team. You are not plating anything, and you are not clearing anything.

7The last 30 minutes

The birthday moment, then we disappear.

Candles, the birthday ceremony and final photographs with the characters. Then the guests change back out of their costumes while our staff quietly pack down every last thing we brought in.

A travel party is the one most parents assume will be more work, not less. It is the opposite. Our team arrives two hours before your guests, sets the whole thing up, hosts the celebration, serves the children at the table and then packs every last thing down. No vendors to coordinate, no arrival times to juggle, no rentals to return.

Our characters are on our staff. We are not matching you with an independent performer and handing over a costume. They host parties at our Newport Beach venue all week, which adds up to hundreds of hours with children: how to draw out the shy one, how to keep ten of them entertained when something runs behind, and how to answer the questions only a five-year-old thinks to ask. A costume cannot give you that. Only doing it every day can.

What is a full-service travel party?

It is our complete all-inclusive celebration, brought to your address. Our team arrives at least two hours early to transform the space, hosts a 2.5 hour party with characters, makeovers, dress-up, a craft, a treasure hunt, storytelling and a served picnic, then packs everything down at the end. One team, one package, no vendors to juggle.

How much does it cost?

From $2,450 for a 2.5 hour all-inclusive celebration, plus an 18% gratuity minimum. Travel fees may apply outside Newport Beach. Final pricing depends on the package, the characters and the guest count.

How is this different from booking a character?

A character visit is one performer for one hour at $225 at your address. A full-service travel party is the entire celebration: the setup, the décor, the dress-up, the makeovers, the food service, the hosting and the pack-down.

How long is it?

2.5 hours: a 30 minute Royal Welcome hosted by our staff, 1.5 hours of character entertainment, and a 30 minute wrap-up while the children change back and we pack down.

Which packages can you bring to us?

Four: the Signature Mermaid Party at $2,450, the Princess Tea Party at $2,650, the Ultimate Princess Tea Party at $2,800 and the Pop Star Party at $2,650. Every one of them is 2.5 hours and completely all-inclusive. The only difference between them is the décor and which characters host the day.

How many characters come?

Every full-service party includes three party characters for 1.5 hours, plus two party hosts who stay for the whole event to look after your guests. Which characters come depends on the package you choose.

How many children can you handle?

Makeovers and dress-up are included for up to 18 children, and we host larger celebrations of 40 and more. Tell us the guest count and we will build the package around it.

Is food included?

Yes, for the children, and we cater it. Every child gets their choice of sandwich, turkey and cheese, veggie, or whatever they would like, plus Pirate’s Booty, fruit snacks and organic juice boxes, or juice poured from the teapots. All of it is prepared, brought and served by our team. Cake and desserts are yours to provide and ours to cut and serve. Adult catering can be arranged separately.

Do we need to do anything on the day?

No. Our team sets up before your guests arrive, runs the celebration and packs down at the end. Your job is to watch.
