Text Message Terms and Privacy

Once Upon an Island sends text messages to our staff about work shifts: open party roles, casting requests, standby confirmations and call time changes. You only receive them if you opt in on your profile in our staff console. Agreeing is not a condition of working with us.

Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 3 a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help, or email info@onceuponanisland.net.

We use your mobile number only to send these messages. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with anyone for marketing or any other purpose, except the text message provider that delivers them. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
