Picture the day
Our cast hosts the whole celebration, from the moment they knock to the moment the last case goes back in the van. Here is the shape of it.
1Two hours before
Our event team arrives at least two hours ahead and turns your space into the party: the dress-up station, the decorated tables, the seating, the themed décor, every detail finished before the first guest walks in. You are not setting anything up, and neither is anyone you had to ask.
2The first 30 minutes
Our party staff greet the guests as they arrive and ease them in. Every child chooses a costume from our curated collection and gets changed, so by the time anything starts, the whole room is already in character.
3Then
Once every child is dressed, they gather together and make a wish. That is when your host character and her cast arrive, and the next hour and a half belongs to them.
4Glam
Two stations, attended by your characters, doing bubble braid hairstyles and glittering face gems for up to eighteen children. While that runs, the host keeps everyone else going, so no child is left waiting for a turn.
5Together
Your host leads a hands-on craft where every child decorates their own tote bag, and then they use it: a scavenger hunt across your space, collecting treasures into the bag they just made. Then bubbles, interactive storytelling and a sing-along.
6And then everyone sits
Guests are seated at our decorated tables on seashell pillows while our staff serve the children: tea sandwiches, Pirate’s Booty and fruit snacks, and sparkling punch in seashell cups. You are not plating anything, and you are not clearing anything.
7The last 30 minutes
Candles, the birthday ceremony and final photographs with the characters. Then the guests change back out of their costumes while our staff quietly pack down every last thing we brought in.

Not included, but we would recommend our in-house team. They know where the moments are, so you can watch rather than film.
Our staff pack down everything we brought and leave your space as we found it. We do not sweep, mop or do dishes.

A travel party is the one most parents assume will be more work, not less. It is the opposite. Our team arrives two hours before your guests, sets the whole thing up, hosts the celebration, serves the children at the table and then packs every last thing down. No vendors to coordinate, no arrival times to juggle, no rentals to return.
Why us
Our characters are on our staff. We are not matching you with an independent performer and handing over a costume. They host parties at our Newport Beach venue all week, which adds up to hundreds of hours with children: how to draw out the shy one, how to keep ten of them entertained when something runs behind, and how to answer the questions only a five-year-old thinks to ask. A costume cannot give you that. Only doing it every day can.

It is our complete all-inclusive celebration, brought to your address. Our team arrives at least two hours early to transform the space, hosts a 2.5 hour party with characters, makeovers, dress-up, a craft, a treasure hunt, storytelling and a served picnic, then packs everything down at the end. One team, one package, no vendors to juggle.
From $2,650 for a 2.5 hour all-inclusive celebration, plus an 18% gratuity minimum. Travel fees may apply outside Newport Beach. Final pricing depends on the package, the characters and the guest count.
A character visit is one performer for one hour at $225 at your address. A full-service travel party is the entire celebration: the setup, the décor, the dress-up, the makeovers, the food service, the hosting and the pack-down.
2.5 hours: a 30 minute Royal Welcome hosted by our staff, 1.5 hours of character entertainment, and a 30 minute wrap-up while the children change back and we pack down.
Makeovers and dress-up are included for up to 18 children, and we host larger celebrations of 40 and more. Tell us the guest count and we will build the package around it.
Yes, for the children. Our staff serve tea sandwiches, Pirate’s Booty, fruit snacks and sparkling punch in seashell cups at the table. Cake and desserts are yours to provide and ours to cut and serve. Adult catering can be arranged separately.
