You choose the characters, the world and the scale, and our team designs the whole thing around her: custom sets, custom décor and a cast built for her celebration alone, on top of everything a Once Upon an Island party already includes.

You are paired with a dedicated event planner who takes what your child has been imagining and turns it into a plan: the world, the characters, the décor, the sequence. No two VIP parties have ever been the same.

The room is built for her.
Transformed environments, custom décor, colour palettes and one-of-a-kind elements, all curated to bring your vision to life. She walks into a world made for this one afternoon.

Up to four premium character hosts.
Chosen from our full cast, and briefed on your child specifically. They do not simply appear. They host, with elegance, warmth and interactive storytelling built around her.

From grand entrances to magical reveal moments, every VIP experience is deliberately built so the birthday child feels celebrated, special, and completely immersed in the magic around them.

Professional entertainment
Behind every character is a professional team.
Our characters are on our staff. They host parties at our Newport Beach venue every week, their costumes and wigs are prepared by our own wardrobe and styling team, and they are trained to entertain rather than pose. That is what keeps a room of children engaged for two hours, and it is what lets you sit down.

Questions we are asked most.
Is food included?
Yes, and properly. Every party includes a catered tea party luncheon: cheese pizza, Pirate’s Booty popcorn, tropical fruit snacks and our signature pink sparkling tea, all served to the children by our staff. We love pizza because kids actually eat it. All of our food is catered, and if you would like to switch the menu, just ask. We do not include cake or dessert, but our team will cut and serve yours during the celebration.
