Wow! What a truly wonderful experience both the kids and adults had! It was by no means inexpensive, buuuut in all fairness they do all the work for you and they do it extremely well! The princesses were A+ in the look and character, professional, friendly, great energy, and hard working! We chose the Ultimate Royal Sea Party with 4 princesses and all 4 of them spent the entire time with the kids doing various activities. It was maximum princess engagement for all the kids! We also selected the full service adult lounge which was really nice. It allows you to bring outside food, but they set up, refill, and clean for you! I was so impressed that they had a cute glass display for the tiny desserts I brought too. I didn't expect for them to arrange all the drinks nicely in ice also. This is a case of you really get what you pay for. 10/10! Venue, the ladies, set up, ease was all A+!

We paid extra to upgrade one of the mermaids to a princess of my daughter's choice (she chose Ariel) and it was absolutely worth every penny to upgrade. I was pleasantly surprised to see Ariel was present for the entire duration of the party. She was partially in a mermaid style dress and then transformed into her mermaid form! It was absolutely magical!
The sand craft was super cute and the girls had so much fun having Ariel help make their sand creations! I loved the organization where some girls would be getting makeovers and some would be doing the craft. The other mermaids doing the make-overs were incredible! They were super friendly to all the girls and talked and entertained them the entire time they were doing the make-overs.
The venue has been remodeled since we had been there a year ago and it was absolutely gorgeous. You really feel like you are in an underwater cavern! I loved how the little forest doubled as a closet for the mermaid tails and a little hideaway for the kids!

We hosted our daughter's 5th and 6th Birthday at this location and to say we love this place is an understatement! It's truly magical in every possible way. Not one detail was overlooked, everything is prepared for you (based on the package you select) and the amazing staff takes care of all the logistics. We are raving fans and hope that OUAI continues to thrive. Thank you to the fabulous staff, and talented Princesses for making unforgettable moments for our girl and our guests! My daughter just had her 6th birthday here and she had the BEST time! Everything from the start was amazing and organized and they really do the best job at making the parents not lift a finger. The kids were so happy and entertained the whole time. The mermaids and Ariel were fantastic. Would highly recommend using this company for anyone whose daughter loves mermaids or princesses.

Do I need to know my final guest count before booking?
No! You don’t even need to know exactly which package you’d like yet. The most important thing is securing your preferred date on the calendar. Our team will happily guide you through package selection, guest count adjustments, upgrades and final details as your celebration gets closer.
What food is included?
Kids actually EAT at our parties, moms, rejoice! Every party includes cheese pizza, Pirate’s Booty popcorn, tropical fruit snacks and our signature pink sparkling tea service, all beautifully served by our attentive staff during the party.
While we don’t include cake or desserts, our team is happy to cut and serve your cake to guests during the celebration.
How many kids can come, and can I add extra children?
1.5-hour parties include 5 children (up to 6 total). 2-hour parties include 10 children (up to 12 total). 2.5-hour parties include 14 children (up to 18 total, sometimes 20 if guests are dropped off). Additional children are $75 each.
Larger group? Our Full-Service Travel Parties come to you, we can recommend venues, beaches and parks, and accommodate 40+ children.

What’s the difference between the party packages?
Every party is completely all-inclusive: full salon makeovers, dress-up transformations, immersive entertainment, food & tea party service, magical activities, private venue time, setup, cleanup and nonstop hosted fun.
The biggest difference is the CHARACTERS, they shape the vibe, energy and style of the whole celebration. A Signature Mermaid Party for a 3-year-old feels whimsical and sweet; the same party for a 10-year-old feels energetic, playful and “cool.” You’re essentially choosing the fantasy world that fits your child best.
What do parents do during the party?
Parents actually get to relax and enjoy the celebration. While children are immersed in magical activities with our staff, adults unwind in our luxury parents lounge with cozy couches, bar-top seating, adult music, upscale ambiance and optional food & beverage service.
Can siblings or parents participate?
Our parties are designed for the children in your guest count. Siblings are welcome to observe, or can be added as official guests for full participation (makeover, lunch and all) at the additional child rate.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We try to be as flexible as we can, we know things happen with kids! Because our venue is so in-demand, deposits are non-refundable, but usually transferable to another date or service.
Is the deposit refundable or transferable?
Deposits are non-refundable, but in many cases may be transferred to a future date if rescheduled within our policy window. Full reschedule and cancellation terms are provided at checkout.
